As a registered agent of the Office of State Revenue, we not only calculate the amount of stamp duty payable on your contract and transfer, we stamp all documentation in-house.
Attending Settlement
When the settlement date arrives, we attend settlement on your behalf to ensure settlement is effected quickly and without incident. As soon as settlement is effected, we let you know, and authorise release of keys as required.
